Kidder Mathews’ David Burback and Herb Grabell recently represented both the Buyer, Birtcher Development and seller, Oak Valley Development Company in the purchase and sale of 125 Ac site in Calimesa, CA. This site is strategically located along the Oak Valley I-10 Corridor and will ultimately include four (4) state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 2.2 million square feet. The buildings will feature 40’ of warehouse clearance and 185’ truck courts with 8-Ac dedicated to trailer parking. The City of Redlands, which 20 years ago was considered in the “Path of Progress” has grown from an industrial base of 1.6 million square feet in 2000 to 28.1 million square feet today. Calimesa, which located directly to the east is strategically poised to build upon that growth. Burback and Grabell will continue to serve as Advisory Brokers for the project.
